Our client is a leading UK distributor of consumables to the construction industry, with a product range covering three key areas – personal protection, roadworks and site supplies. This means everything on a construction site from janitorial supplies and canteen equipment through to road signs and hand, eye, face and foot protection. They are also a division of one of the world’s most successful value added business-to-business service groups.
They are currently looking for a Marketing Administrator to join the Marketing Team. This is a busy, and extremely varied role. You will be responsible for producing posters, dealing with literature requests, and setting up and maintaining the collection of mailshots. You will also be responsible for helping to collate information for brochures – this includes obtaining information from suppliers and collecting images. Another key part of the role is to ensure that their invoice spreadsheet is maintained on a daily basis.
You must be a flexible, enthusiastic individual, who is willing to go the extra mile to provide good customer service. A good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications is essential for this role, as is the ability to work to tight deadlines, and be able to plan and organise your workload. An administration background is desirable, however, not essential.
