In order to be able to deliver exceptional quality products and service to our clients and consumers we need the right people behind the scenes

An opportunity now exists for a high calibre engineering graduate to join this truly international group to undertake a proven scheme focused on developing the company’s future business leaders. The programme provides a combination of structured training, placements with real responsibility and an international assignment, and is intended to result in the appointment of participants to a management role within 2 years.

Candidates must have a strong B.Eng or M eng ( Mechanical, Production , Chemical, Process Engineering) degree and will have managed engineering projects as part of work placements. Some experience gained in a relevant position within a high volume manufacturing environment is also required.

A track record of achievement, both academic and work-related, is essential for this role and candidates must demonstrate the clear potential to grow and take on early additional responsibility.

Fluency in a second European language is also highly desirable though not essential for this exciting career development position.
