Job summary

Endura currently has a position in its growing European Customer Services Team for a motivated graduate with language skills and a strong customer service focused attitude. The successful individual will join our team in helping our retail customers throughout Europe by resolving issues and queries and providing product information as required. This is a 12 month placement, with the potential of a permanent role thereafter, based in Livingston.

Endura Ltd is the UK’s leading brand of technical cycle clothing and has delivered strong and consistent growth over the last number of years (resulting in a listing in the Sunday Times Fast Track 100 list in December 2010).

Endura currently has a major focus on developing its sales throughout Europe and, to support our various account managers in European countries, we now have a position in our growing European Customer Support Team.

Role Description

Based at our Livingston premises, the graduate will be vital in building a strong customer support service for our European customers and will help communicate and resolve any issues with customers relating to orders, payments, account administration, and coordination of marketing projects.

Reporting into our customer services manager, the successful candidate must be fluent (verbal and written) in German, Italian or Spanish.

Aside from language skills, the position requires someone who is excellent at internal communication and who is able to liaise with a number of departments within Endura; most especially warehousing/logistics, accounts, sales/marketing and credit control as well as the ability to provide a positive, friendly and efficient interface with Endura’s retail customers. Familiarity with standard PC applications is also important.

Skills / Experience

Essential

·         Fluency in at least 2 of the following languages, in addition to English: German, Spanish, Italian

·         Strong communication skills - written and verbal

·         Excellent customer service skills

·         Good team-working skills as well as ability to work individually under own initiative.

Ideal

·         Fluency in 3 languages in addition to English, would be ideal

 Qualifications

·         Minimum Bachelors degree-level, preferably in languages however this is not essential.
