The Company

A new arrival with world leading technology in 2+3D™ imaging. Founded in early 2010, and headquartered in Edinburgh, Scotland, odos imaging is a new presence in the industrial imaging market. We design and manufacture 2+3D™ sensor systems and cameras utilising a pulsed time of flight technology. This proprietary technology, originally developed at Siemens, enables our products to capture both the image (2D) of a scene and the distance (3D) to each pixel within the scene at video speeds or higher - real world in real time™.

Odos Imaging is based within the Scottish Microelectronics Centre, a world class Centre for Research & Development within Edinburgh University, providing a dynamic environment to link academia and hi-tech companies

The Role

Odos Imaging has an exciting opportunity for a graduate to develop its existing software to include more functionality. The graduate will be involved in the entire product life-cycle from design through to product launch.

The ideal graduate engineer will have high C/ C++ skills to assist in the development of an embedded firmware solution within a 3D camera system.

This placement is located in Edinburgh and will run for 9 months with a possibility of converting to a permanent role for the right person.
