E-Commerce Marketing Graduate Trainee

Circa £20,000-£22,000

Our client operates in 24 countries and exports to over 160 countries throughout the world. They supply over 300,000 products from 1200 suppliers and are Europe’s leading distributor of small volume industrial orders.

A vacancy has arisen for an E-Commerce Marketing Trainee to work as part of the Electrocomponents Group to enhance and drive our worldwide online offer.

You will be responsible for the management of e-commerce projects, maximising the use of time and resources and ensuring that quality remains at a high standard.

Using your commercial knowledge, you will have the ability to support projects by assisting with the delivery of web based marketing activities. You will be required to use your creativity in writing and producing e-mail campaigns, ensuring that all material produced is accurate and compliant.

As a good communicator, you will liase with internal and external agencies, in order to produce web content.

With a strong appreciation of marketing principles and customer orientation, you will be able to suggest new ideas to directly influence the success of the e-commerce channel.

To be successful in this position, you will be educated to degree level in a business or marketing and e-commerce related discipline and will have commercial experience. You will have excellent project management skills and knowledge of online activity together with an understanding of emerging technologies.

Excellent spoken and written English is imperative and any additional language skills would be an advantage.
