Digital Marketing - Graduate Scheme

Our client is one of the fastest growing online companies in the UK. As part of the much larger company, it combines the atmosphere of an online start-up with the know-how of a FTSE 250 company. 

Their aim is to help small and medium-sized businesses achieve their potential through helping them market themselves effectively in the digital age. We do this through marketing daily deals direct to consumers on a variety of media platforms.  

Daily deals is a fast-paced and rapidly growing industry, and our client is at its forefront. Between September and January they grew 343%, 6 times faster than anyone else in the market (figures from Comscore, the internet audience measurement company).    

This is your chance to influence the direction and success of a rapidly growing company and industry.    

They  require graduates to fill ‘Analyst’ positions.    

Analysts are involved in the day-to-day management of the website’s commercial content, as well as longer term strategic decision making at a company level.    


  • Manage a portfolio of deals for a specific region or sector.  
• Work with the sales team to fine tune deal economics to create the best deal for us, the merchant, and the customer. This will take into account profit maximisation, customer experience and merchant capabilities.  
• Decide on the schedule of deals that will appear on the website in your region or sector. 
• Follow trends in our target sectors, and analyse deal performance, in order to direct the sales team towards popular and lucrative deals.  
• Liaise with the copy and marketing team in order to maximise returns from each deal.    

Person spec:   

• 2.1 degree in any discipline  
• An interest in digital media/online commerce/business/marketing  
• An analytical approach to problem solving and an attention to detail  Proven commercial awareness 
• The ability to make important decisions with limited information under time pressure, and to thrive in such a fast-paced environment.
