Project Description

Carbon Reduction Systems (CRS) is a specialist company offering both services and energy saving products to a range of customers in both the private and the public sector in the UK.

This position is an excellent opportunity which could become a full-time position to play a key role in the company’s growth. We are looking for a graduate to design and manage our Digital Marketing strategy, focusing on Search Engine Optimisation, Social Media, Web Content and affiliated marketing skills. The graduate will have the opportunity to play a major role in shaping our future platform and to grow and develop our online business stream through our new website.

Role Description

Working directly with the Board, the objective of this new role is to increase digital marketing engagement with customers. You will take full ownership of our website, driving traffic using SEO, PPC, social media and email marketing. You will manage content and the user journey in order to improve the customer experience.

CRS are currently launching an exciting range of services and products, which will need to be promoted, but this role will have a much broader remit to develop and manage an integrated marketing campaign.

The successful candidate will:

  • Establish a clear digital strategy for the companies brand, and provide ongoing strategic direction
  • Implement digital communication and social media as a key strategic initiative
  • Manage the design, development and execution of innovative digital programs
  • Investigate and recommend e-commerce opportunities for the company
  • Liaise with digital agency and project manage development of our new website
  • Regular evaluation and reporting on all aspects of digital marketing performance
  • Educate the company on digital trends, and champion developments in the digital world which will improve current strategy
  • Responsible for managing and implementing all offline marketing campaigns

Being a new role, there will be support and drive from senior management. Long-term it is intended that the Digital Marketing Manager will work independently and take full responsibility for digital marketing and SEO

Skills/Experience

The company require a Digital Marketing Graduate to work alongside their growing team and to lead the marketing strategy. The role offers great scope to grow, and requires a highly enthusiastic individual with an entrepreneurial spirit to define the future marketing strategy for the business.

Essential

  • Excellent understanding of SEO
  • Good understanding of PPC
  • Ability to keep up to date with latest developments in Social Media
  • Ability to work as part of a close knit team
  • Strong self motivational skills
  • Knowledge and/or experience with Google Analytics / established tracking systems
  • Knowledge and/or experience in media networking.

Ideal

  • Commercial awareness and Business skills would be ideal
  • Some experience of SEO and PPC campaigns.

Qualifications

Degree qualification in Marketing or related discipline.
