Job summary

Radiator is a Glasgow-based Digital Marketing Agency that works closely with clients to build their brands and sales online. Working with our experienced marketing & usability experts, you will largely be responsible for setting up and running search marketing tactics (SEO/PPC) for both Radiator and our clients in order to increase sales and build brands. This is a 12 month placement with potential for a permanent role thereafter.

Job Description

Radiator requires an enthusiastic and hardworking graduate to work as a digital marketer who is passionate about digital media and the web.

Day to day job description:

·         Deliver PPC campaigns – based on analysis, monitoring and review

·         To fully understand business objectives (e.g. increased profit, email database size, increase sales) and be able to translate this into PPC strategy and action plans

·         Report on key performance indicators and present effectively to clients

·         Research constantly the latest tools and techniques in paid online marketing (such as advanced “behaviour based” targeting, and retargeting)

·         Use trending tools and similar approaches as part of an ongoing review of target/keyword relevancy

·         Collaborate with other marketing colleagues to ensure joint strategic marketing objectives are in line with paid internet marketing activity

·         Ensure there is technical capability to deliver, capture and ensure success of key aspects – such as landing pages, tracking codes and integration of Google Analytics.

Skills / Experience

Essential

·         Analytically minded – be comfortable working with and analysing a range of metrics

·         Web savvy / technical skills relevant to the web

·         Desire to get involved with other internet marketing channels (email/seo/social)

·         Passion for the web with a hunger to learn and broaden skills.

Ideal

·         Previous PPC/Google analytics experience advantageous.

Qualifications

·         Graduate in Web/Digital Marketing or other relevant degree.

Training in PPC will be arranged, covering research and analysis, strategy and setup, and ongoing management and optimisation.

Exposure into related skills including SEO, Google Analytics, Social Media, Content Marketing and Design/Usability.

As part of the TalentScotland Graduate Placement Programme, the candidate will benefit from support from a team within Scottish Enterprise and will have access to training.

Additional Info

Location: The placement is based in Glasgow with a salary of £16,000 p.a
Duration: 12 months with a view to permanent hire
