The customer service team supports our extensive European customer base, so fluency in French is essential. Exposure to working in France would be beneficial.

The customer service team is responsible for key areas of our business, you will be responsible for
- Providing an efficient and professional service to all customers - internal and external.
- Ensuring all orders are processed in an accurate and timely manner in line with set deadlines.
- Handling all telephone calls (internal and external) in a professional, polite and efficient manner.
- Managing all administration and documentation in relation to customers' calls and queries.
- Identifying potential service issues, proactively contacting the customer to clarify and resolve the query offering alternative products or services as applicable.
- Working closely with the external sales force to ensure a team approach to the management of accounts.
- Establishing and maintaining a good working relationship with other team and department members to ensure best possible service to customers at all times.
- Working closely with Customer Service Manager to ensure processes are reviewed, documented and line with European standards.
- Developing and maintaining effective links with other departments to ensure customer queries are answered efficiently.
- Actively promoting any method for increasing sales value.

Essential requirements:
- Ability to speak French
- An interest or exposure to working in a customer driven environment, ideally business to business
- A desire to learn and develop: full training will be provided on our industry and systems
