Customer Service Executive

Working in a call centre environment handling inbound calls from people enquiring about courses, qualifications and publications the company provide, our clients are looking for energetic individuals with previous call centre experience.
You must be a Graduate and have worked in an outbound calling environment.
The Company provide 16 Certificates, 150 Short Courses and 50 Subscriptions.
ò You must have worked in a call centre environment previously for at least 2
years with 1 year minimum outbound calling experience.
ò You will be generating sales from enquiries.
ò You must have excellent telephone skills, be able to deal with people at all
levels, be organised and confident.
ò You will have to learn a very extensive amount of company literature/product
knowledge and be confident in answering questions on all subject matters.
ò An interest in Training/Personnel and Development would be a distinct
