Customer Service Account Executive

We are one of the leading custom solutions providers of counterfeit technologies, protecting passports, currencies, government documents and licenses against forgery.
We are currently seeking a bright, well organized and technically minded graduate to join our customer service team, and provide support to our sales function. Your responsibility will be to act as the key contact for some well established accounts, and you will get involved with handling all parts of the sales process from taking initial enquiries to following up order status and then dispatch. You will do this through liasing with the accounts, purchasing, manufacturing and planning departments during and after order processing.
Within this role you will be processing complaints and sales orders therefore you must pay good attention to detail and have the ability to work to tight deadlines. The successful candidate should be looking for a career within Opsec as there are opportunities to progress within to become the Customer Service Manager or to a Sales Manager
