Customer Retention Agent.
Our client, a global leader in mobile telecommunications, is seeking customer focussed individuals to join their customer retention department.Successful candidates will be responsible for handling inbound calls from clients seeking to terminate their existing contract agreement(s). Here\'s where you step in. Using your effective questioning and listening skills your empathetic approach to problem solving will ascertain the root cause.
From here, your ability to negotiate a satisfactory resolution will ensure the customer remains just that - a customer!
Previous customer service experience is essential.
