Customer Account Administrator / Coordinator

As a Customer Account Administrator you will provide the day-to-day link with the customers, helping to provide a clear and accountable contact for all business relationships and activities. You will be expected to oversee all incoming enquiries and orders, ensuring consistency with factors such as company objectives, mill capacity and technical capability. The post holder will also be expected to submit customer orders into our order handling system, ensuring accuracy of the order and of the pricing and will prepare and submit quotations and control customer stocks.
Successful applicants will ideally have gained experience in a similar role within an engineering / manufacturing industry with proven ability to demonstrate effective client management and customer service. You may well be degree qualified or equivalent in a Business discipline, but as a minimum you will have proven relationship building, communication and commercial skills. Due to the global nature of the company’s prestigious client base, a second language would be an advantage.
