The Role

CRM Database Analyst

The CRM (Customer Relationship Management) system is the biggest single investment that CIF has made and will provide the sales force with the tools to manage our relationships better ensuring deals agreed and dealt with seamlessly and efficiently.

The system is to go live in September and the the purpose of this role will be to ensure that key functionality required to deliver the stated CRM business objectives are achieved. Additionally this individual will be required to be the main system administrator for the CRM system.
