Our client is a global leader and innovator in the agricultural science sectors. They are an important division of a larger global science group. They are looking for a high calibre individual who can support key managers in a 6 month CRM Co-ordinator position.


The CRM Co-ordinator is responsible for all tasks associated with the maintenance, reporting and analysis of their commercial activities through their CRM (Customer Relationship Management) system.

You will be:

  • Ensuring the on-going integrity of all existing data
  • Updating the CRM database with on-going data and cleansing as required
  • Co-ordinating help desk issues, moving forward enhancement requests, testing in Demo and Production systems and implementing final roll outs of improvements
  • Supporting campaign implementation for Marketing and providing feedback to Sales / Marketing on progress with activities
  • Preparing and distributing analysis reports
  • Attending key Sales / Marketing departmental meetings to deliver CRM systems updates
  • Preparing target lists for key mailings for Marketing and Sales
  • Supporting the upload of complex farmer data and other essential data, and providing administrative support to the field forces on farm activities


Ideally you will have achieved a 2.1 at degree level and have an interest in business, systems and administration (or you will have equivalent knowledge and ability).

You will be:

  • a high calibre individual who has a track record of achievement and accuracy

  • very accurate and have a strong attention to detail
  • strong at planning and organising
  • a clear and confident communicator (both written and verbal)
  • a strong team player
  • adaptable to various projects and changing deadlines
