We are looking for talented trainees who wish to apply their skills in a managerial capacity. Your programme begins in September 2007 and is structured to prepare you for the challenging role of Site Manager. You will receive full training in all aspects of Site Management from Health & Safety to customer service that will support you through the NVQ Level 4 in Construction Site Management. Your training starts with a one week residential induction at our training centre in the Midlands and you will then join one of our regional companies to experience all stages of construction. The local construction director will act as your mentor and be actively involved in your training.
You should have (or complete in 2007) a degree in Construction  management (or equivalent) or a related subject. With a grade/predicted grade of 2:1 and ideally some site-based work experience. You will also need a full driving licence, as we will provide you with a company car, and you should be ambitious enough to look at any location, both for your initial training and your first move into Site Management.
