A three year graduate programme, complete with development opportunities, including enrolment on the Discovery OPEN Programme as well as ISMM training and support for additional qualifications where necessary. There will be opportunities for incremental pay reviews throughout the programme, based on your success.

WHAT’S THE ROLE? 

Based in our modern city centre offices with occasional off-site client visits you will be working in our sales division where you will be selling a highly effective recruitment and training solution to sales directors, managing directors and business owners that enables organisations to grow their own sales talent.

You will become an expert in professional selling, networking, tendering for business and negotiation. By gaining a thorough understanding of the challenges and complexities our clients face, you will demonstrate how our knowledge and expertise delivers highly effective solutions.

Our Commercial Sales Programme will take you through a breadth of valuable training alongside your day-to-day role in the business.

In essence, your role is to identify forward thinking organisations who need a more robust or fresh approach to building their future star performers.

You will be supported by a fantastic recruitment delivery team who deliver unparalleled success of providing ‘choice of quality’ candidates for our clients with evidenced capability.

Our ‘best in class’ assessment process which incorporates elements of cutting edge neuroscience to identify high impact behaviours and supported by our ISMM and ILM accredited training delivers the highest retention rates within our field of expertise.

WHO WE WANT

You will be an intelligent, articulate, professional graduate, (minimum of a 2:2 and good A’ levels). Ideally you will have some commercial experience and / or experience in a client facing B2B sales role.

If you do not have any work experience we still want to hear from you as we will always consider you for trainee roles.

You will need a full driving license and be flexible to travel to meetings
