Job Description

Commercial challenges are much more rewarding when you have outstanding brands to work with. At Kimberly-Clark, our graduates help shape the performance of household names such as Andrex®, Kleenex® and Huggies®.

Join our two-year Commercial Graduate programme and you'll spend 12 months in 2 rotations across sales, marketing and category management functions.

Across the rotations, you will develop skills that include:

  • helping our retail customers deliver against their category objectives by using data to develop insights and enabling our sales teams to execute our brand and category strategies
  • developing business plans for the year to ensure both customer and KC objectives are achieved
  • developing strong relationships with your customer and key contacts
  • growing brand experience within a marketing activation role to ensure our brand strategy is translated in to executional plans
  • delivering the brand promise to consumers and provide insightful analysis on brands, markets and customers to influence wider marketing plans.

Duties & Responsibilities

In broader terms, we provide you with real responsibility, cross-functional projects, senior-level visibility, formal technical training, softer skills courses and a real impact on important FMCG products.

At Kimberly-Clark we make sure each graduate has a comprehensive support network. We allocate a buddy to each graduate in their first year – usually a graduate scheme predecessor. You will also be supported by a senior mentor for the duration of the programme. In addition to specific technical training, you will also complete a Professional Development Training Programme (PDP) that will cover presentation skills, influencing skills, personal effectiveness and business effectiveness.

Kimberly Clark’s graduate program is the springboard to growing your career within a multinational organisation. We are proud to fast track our graduates through our organisations so that you can progress quickly and unleash your power to your full potential!
