Job summary

360CRM are looking for a graduate to fill a Client Manager role to coordinate new client implementations and managing on-going relationships with existing clients within the NHS Trust client base. You will be working closely with IT and Operations to enable smooth set-up of new clients and ensure existing clients receive exceptional service. This is a 12 month placement, based in Glasgow with a possibility of converting to a permanent role.

Job Description

Role Description

Project Management of new implementations:

·         Minimal face to face meetings; the majority of work is done via the telephone

·         External project management to clients

·         Liaising with key management personnel at client sites (operations, information governance, senior management)

·         Coordinating internal team to follow up on client requirements

·         Providing user training on the functional activities

·         Creating and maintaining user documentation

·         Daily monitoring of activities

Manage client relationships:

·         Ensure all client queries are progressed effectively

·         Deal effectively with clients

·         Ensure clients make best use of the Chronos Reminder service

·         Provide focus of client activity to Senior Management; ensuring maximum use of company services

Skills / Experience

The successful candidate will:

Essential

·         Have strong organisational skills

·         Be numerate

·         Be a self-starter who can proactively work under own initiative

·         Have strong communication skills, verbal and written

·         Be an excellent team player.

Ideal

·         Have experience and/or knowledge with MS Excel

·         Have some experience and/or knowledge of customer service

·         Have a positive, ambitious attitude.

Qualifications

·         Degree qualification in any related discipline
