Client Liaison Officer

Situated 1 minute from the metrolink in the heart of Salford Quays, one of the UKÆs leading financial service companyÆs is currently looking for career minded people to help with their continuing expansion.
The role will include a variety of tasks from contacting customers by phone, liaising with clients on a daily basis with regards to their financial status, as well as managing all aspects of their accounts. Ensuring payments are kept up to date on a monthly basis. Attention to detail is essential, as well as being able to build and sustain a good client rapport.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication & customer service skills as well as good organisational and Admin skills and possess a positive attitude. Previous customer service experience would be essential.
The successful candidate will assume full responsibility for a client base of 350 - 400, ensuring that client retention is maintained, by dealing with all tasks and key responsibilities in a timely, efficient and effective manner.
