In addition to our core software products we are also looking to offer new service based initiatives such as consultancy, project management, training and enhanced facilities management and contingency services.
Help Desk Analyst
We are looking for a Client Issues Analyst for our Help Desk team which is part of our Client Services Division.
Our Help Desk Team are the front line service to our customers. As an Analyst you will be speaking with our customers and working through their questions and problems on our products and services effectively and efficiently.
The role involves analysis and research work as well as managing the problems to remedy any problems as soon as possible. You will gain excellent knowledge and skills in both the products and business as well as gaining a knowledge of the industry that is the background setting to our products.
This role is a trainee role and would be suited to either a graduate (or equivalent) with an interest in the Futures & Options market as well enthusiasm for a client services role. Alternatively, we would welcome applications from candidates with some experience within the business/finance or customer services arenas.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are a must as well as the ability to work in a team.
