Clarks Graduate Programme
At Clarks we have a proven track record of developing ambitious graduates into senior managers and now we are looking for a few exceptional people to become our management stars of the future. And that future is an exciting one…
We are already one of the world's biggest (non-sports) shoe brands with shops, offices, sourcing operations and customers in every continent, but we never stand still. We have 180 years of shoemaking heritage and are constantly developing and employing new and innovative ways of making and selling shoes; this leads to a breathtaking number of opportunities.
The Clarks Graduate Programme aims to develop bright, ambitious graduates who are determined to make their mark. As a Clarks Graduate, you'll have the opportunity to lay the foundations to become a highly influential manager of the future, based at our Head Office in Street, Somerset.
The 2 year programme will provide you with a unique learning and development experience through exposure to all aspects of the company. You'll spend the first month undergoing an induction programme and following this you'll spend time in Retail, gaining an understanding of our stores, including Ravel and Wholesale, to get a real feel for our product and customer focus.
Then it will be back to HQ to undertake secondments within our UK, International and Marketing divisions to give you a more detailed insight into day-to-day processes within our business.
During the Programme you'll be supported with individual development, regular reviews to assess development needs and career direction, and coaching throughout the 2 years.
We’re looking for graduates of 2:1 calibre with the communication, leadership and self-motivation skills that set you apart. In return, your starting salary will be £20,000. In addition we'll offer you:
- one off relocation support payment
- 25 days holiday
- excellent pension scheme
- company discount
- Employee Share Save Scheme
