My client has been developed to provide a consultancy service for other recruitment firms in pitching for and winning PLS agreements with major UK companies. They were formed in 2004 but in the last 2 years have grown in reputation and size and have huge expansion plans for the future.
My client is a niche player in the Managed Services industry focusing primarily on FTSE 100 firms. They are looking for a candidate to bring in new business through face to face business generation and client retention management.
Either at least 2 years experience in either direct sales, PR or Marketing where presenting skills have been enhanced or at least one years recruitment experience where the individual wants to stay in the recruitment industry but within a more client facing and less cold calling capacity. From whichever background, a proven track record is essential. Other vital skills are rapport building, a real ambition and determination to succeed at the highest level and tenacity, ambition and persuasion. You must have a driving license.
