Job summary

360 CRM has a fantastic opportunity for a graduate to work on business development within their sales team. The company is looking at diversifying into new markets and is looking for an enthusiastic graduate to improve sales in existing and new markets. This is a 12 month placement based in Glasgow with a possibility of converting to a permanent role.

Job Description

360 CRM has ambitious growth aspirations which will entail entry into new markets outside its existing NHS market. Potential new markets will be Small and Medium Sized Enterprise sectors.

Success will be measured on:

·         Market research and potential sales contacts

·         Number of sales attempts made

·         Number of sales leads created per month

The graduate will work closely with the Business Development and Marketing teams to:

·         Research prospects and develop call lists

·         Manage prospects and develop call lists within assigned territories or business segments

·         Develop leads and ensure appropriate information provided to sales team

·         Track and monitor progress of lead generation

·         Support development of sales collateral material

·         Support development and growth of company as new products are introduced to the marketplace.

 Skills / Experience


·         Strong communication skills; written and spoken

·         Customer Relationship skills

·         Excellent organisational skills

·         Self starter who is proactive and self-motivated to complete tasks

·         IT literate (experience in MS office)


·         Knowledge or experience in using Customer Relationship Management Systems



·         Graduate from any degree


·         Preferably a Graduate with 2:1 Honours but not essential
