The Role – Business Development Executive
Commencing your role as a Business Development Executive you will be an integral member of the sales team responsible for generating new business opportunities for the organisation. For the first three months you will be internally based building up leads and completing full sales training it is then expected that you will progress into a client facing role where you will manage the whole sales process. This is a great opportunity for a graduate or person of graduate calibre to commence a successful career in the lucrative world of sales. In return for your hard work you can expect a guaranteed basic salary of £20,000, generous commission structure – realistic OTE figure in your first year is around £30,000 OTE, you will benefit from a Central London location and you will also receive regular bonuses and incentives to ensure motivation levels within the sales team is at optimum level.
For this position we are looking for individuals who meet the following criteria:
- Educated to degree level or equivalent in any discipline
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Good presentation skills
- Understanding and experience of completing Tender documents would be a distinct advantage but is not essential
- Proactive with a can do attitude
- Ambitious, driven and highly self motivated
- Passion for business
