The Role - Business Development Executive
This Business Development Executive role promises to be an exciting start to a successful career in sales for the appointed candidate. As an entry level position this role would be suitable for a university graduate or person of graduate calibre. This is a great opportunity offering full sales training and continuous development, you will command a full sales position requiring you to generate leads, book and attend business appointments, build relationships with new and existing clients and retain your clients through successful account management.
The starting salary for this role is £18,000 with a generous commission structure and regular bonuses and incentives to keep motivation levels high and allow you to achieve your targets. There is lots of scope for career progression also.
For this position we are looking for the following criteria:
- Educated to degree level or equivalent in any discipline
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Good presentation skills
- Works independently, as well as part of a team, with little supervision
- Articulate and self-disciplined
- Likes to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong problem solving skills
