Our client is the largest provider of IT recovery services in Europe. Their aim is to assist their customers in maximising the value of there surplus or end-of-life IT equipment. With a current turnover of £20 million they are expecting to increase this figure to £23 million by the end of the year.
The Role - Business Development Executive
Joining as a graduate Business Development Executive your focus will be to proactively seek new business opportunities through targeted lead generation, qualifying new leads, liaising with clients over the phone and booking appointments. In addition you will be liaising with their existing key accounts; establishing their requirements and seeking opportunities to cross and up sell. You will work closely with the internal sales team and account managers to ensure continual delivery of quality and cost effective service.

In return for your hard work you can expect a guaranteed basic salary of £22,000, generous commission structure – realistic OTE figure in your first year is around £30,000 OTE and you will also benefit from regular bonuses and incentives to ensure motivation levels within the sales team is at optimum level.
