Job Title: Business and Technical Support Graduate

Location: Nottingham

Salary: £18,000 - £20,000

This is an excellent opportunity for a quick thinking, technically minded graduate to work for a leading eClinical solutions provider, who help customers accelerate the drug development process through innovation.

What do we do?

We are at the forefront of research and development, ensuring we provide innovative solutions to meet our customers’ evolving needs. Ranging from complex adaptive trials to sophisticated integrations to enterprise portals, we are able to provide leading solutions for all of our customers’ clinical technology requirements underpinned by robust state-of-the-art infrastructure, product breadth, and clinical and technology expertise.

Where do you come in?

You will be supporting the team by attending workshops and meetings and building supportive material. You will also be responsible for the maintenance of both the intranet and wiki sites, whilst providing technical and business support for the team.

What do you need to demonstrate?

Ideally you will have a business or IT focused degree and good academics (2.2 or above and CCC at A- Level), a full EU driving license and will have the following qualities:

  • Be an articulate, strong communicator.
  • Have a good knowledge of Microsoft Office, SharePoint and Wiki technologies; looking at new ways to use the technology to enhance the team’s communication to the rest of the business.
  • Be familiar with Unified Modelling Language (UML). 
  • Have an understanding of Agile, Object Orientated, Data Modelling, Process Modelling and/or other development methodologies would be useful.
