Vantage Jones are a recruitment to recruitment company based in Liverpool street London. We specialise in placing graduates into recruitment consultancy positions in Manchester, Birmingham, Leeds, London and Reading.
The main objective of a brand manager is to find third year university graduates who want to start a career in recruitment consultancy. In addition, it is the brand managers’ job to promote Vantage Jones and the services we provide. As a brand manager team leader you will be expected to build and train your own team.
Team Leaders are expected to have a maximum of 5 other members in their team.
As a brand manager you can expect to earn £50 for every team member you recruit into your team. However, a threshold of 5 candidates per team member will need to be achieved before you receive your team member bonus. For a team of 5 that’s £250!!
Brand managers and team members will receive £20 for every candidate that they have referred and have been accepted by Vantage Jones. Therefore, team members or brand managers will receive £100 for every 5 candidates referred and registered. For 50 candidates that’s £1000!!
Brand management team in Universities across the UK will be competing for two prizes! The prize for the first project is a night out on Vantage Jones before your Christmas holidays and top prize for the 2nd project is a holiday for the Best Brand Manager to IBIZA or AYIA NAPA!!
