The Role – Financial Sales, Branch Manager Trainee
To earn your position as a Barclays Branch Manager, you will spend your first twelve to eighteen months learning about compliance, and about the full suite of financial services; you will then put that learning into practice in a sales role.
If you perform these roles to the high standards set for you, you will earn the coveted role of Branch Manager, and will begin management training. You will also benefit from a comprehensive training and development programme, along with coaching and mentoring to make sure that you realise your immense potential.
Following your successful completion of training, you will be in a position to successfully run your own branch, with responsibilities for managing both its staff, and the business itself, successfully.
