This 18 month programme will provide exposure to the different and diverse HR disciplines through a number of rotational placements.
This scheme will provide you with a solid grounding on which to build your HR career, allowing you to get to grips with anything from industrial relations to attracting the most talented people, or from training and development to benefits and rewards. You may also have the opportunity to experience placements in one of our many global HR departments outside the UK.

You'll learn a great deal from your day-to-day work, which could range from working directly with leadership teams, to developing and delivering our people agenda, through to advising line managers across the businesses on personnel issues.
Or you could find yourself helping us improve the way we do things – how we identify and reward the most talented people for instance. Throughout the programme we will encourage you to take advantage of a wealth of formal learning and development opportunities.
