Are you a Graduate with at least a 2:1 degree and 280 UCAS points? Can you demonstrate the transferable skills and experience that would help you to work in our business environment? Do you have commercial awareness, an understanding of business banking and an appetite to learn more? Are you motivated by challenges with a track record of success?

When you join us, your starting salary will be - £20,903 and to welcome you to the team we'll give you a £1,000 ‘golden hello’. Should you require housing, we will also pay for your first two weeks accommodation.
Also, because we believe in rewarding those who deserve it, on top of your starting salary you will receive a large town allowance depending on location, excellent banking benefits and up to £4,000 for training and development including an Accredited Development Programme.
