As the business continues to grow both organically and by acquisition, we are looking to recruit enthusiastic graduates who will be part of our continued success and who will enjoy learning about a wide range of businesses and building strong business relationships.
So what does the role look like? You will be assigned to one of our Sectors and here you will learn all aspects of our business starting with administration, contract management, database control and work through to identifying and building relationships with Interim Managers (candidates), assignment selection and briefing as well as research, business development and marketing. You will already have had some experience of working in an office and will have a good telephone manner as well as be able to use packages such as Word and Excel
The role is fast paced, demanding and diverse. Its always challenging and no two days are the same. If this is the role for you will already be interested in a customer facing role, and interested in working with candidates and clients, with a flexible approach to work and the ability to multi-task.
