Our client was established in 1989 as a specialist provider of bespoke fleet solutions, concentrating on the provision of innovative management services for mid to large corporate entities. They are now the largest independent leasing company in the UK.

 

They currently have an exciting opportunity for an Account Administrator to join their Account Management department based at their Head Office in Leeds. The main purpose of this role is to develop strong relationships from a specified list of clients to ensure that objectives / targets are achieved. Within this role your main responsibilities will include running reports to check driver details such as duplicate drivers, missing details, excess mileage etc, ensuring that operating procedures are up to date and stored on the database and maintaining and updating client files and database details. You will also ensure that client review packs are compiled and all data and reports are accurate, discuss and negotiate quotations and orders with clients and request and check written orders from clients.

 

The successful candidate will have worked in a similar role previously and will have extensive experience of providing high levels of customer service to valued customers. You should have experience of working within an administrative role and you will have good IT skills along with experience of working to set targets. You will have an excellent telephone manner and a professional persona and you will understand the importance of being a good team player. Self-motivated and positive you will thrive whilst working under pressure and you will be reliable and punctual with strong organisational skills.
