ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT / RESEARCHER for EXECUTIVE SEARCH CONSULTANCY – LONDON

A rapidly expanding executive search firm, specialising in derivative products, seeks an administrative assistant/researcher to work and train for a London based position.

Company

Fairholme International Ltd. (FiL) is a niche headhunting firm working within the financial services industry, focusing on investment banking. The firm’s clientele is made up of various equity derivatives departments within major investment banks. The current team focuses on the European and American equity derivatives industries.

Position

FiL is looking to hire 1-2 administrative assistants / researchers to be based in London.

The fundamental responsibilities will be:

(1) To arrange, confirm and be the main point of contact for candidate meetings.

(2) To maintain and update the company’s database of clients and candidates.

(3) To update information on financial markets and specifically distribute to the team any news that may affect the derivatives area.

Applicants must be extremely organized and be detail-oriented. Communication skills are essential; knowledge of financial markets, particularly equity derivatives, would be advantageous.

Ideal candidates will either be a recent graduate with the necessary drive and composure or have recent work experience within an administrative role.

EU nationals or US citizens will be given preference.
