Its an exciting and challenging field based role, so, whilst being part of a close-knit team, you must thrive on working on your own initiative in a fast moving and demanding environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing strong relationships with our clientÆs customers in the region to meet their needs and maximise profitable sales, achieve agreed sales and margin budgets and work with other members of the team to maximise selling effectiveness. You will also assist in the planning, co-ordination and successful delivery of commercial initiatives and campaigns and develop target accounts through activity within your defined territory. We are looking for either, a graduate who is looking forward to a long term career in sales, hungry for a challenge, success and progression, or a Customer Services / Internal Sales person who is ready to take the next step into a Field Based sales role. Either way, you should be of enthusiastic personality, possess strong analytical ability and commercial acumen. You should also possess excellent questioning and listening skills, first class interpersonal, influencing and planning skills, accuracy, good communication skills and have the ability to prioritise and plan. Above all, you should be self- motivated, energetic, hard working and have the personal drive to succeed.
