Our client is a leading provider of security and transactional print services including print management.
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a dedicated Account Management professional to join the company to provide an excellent service to our clients. This will involve business development within selected areas in addition to ensuring that client’s requests are dealt with accurately and rapidly translated where necessary. Managing internal and external manufacture to meet client requirements, you will ensure work instructions and briefs are accurate and concise, allowing efficient work flow.
Our client needs you to be positive and proactive in communication with clients and internal areas, such as planning, data processing and production. Responsible for daily stock and bespoke management, you will also be required to provide account management support to the technical team for key account development projects and prepare monthly reports for key accounts.
The successful candidate will be bilingual (French / English) and will feel comfortable writing and speaking to customers in both English and French. They are looking for a self-motivated individual who is experienced in account management and customer service with a focus on building relationships and assessing clients’ needs. Comfortable working within a high pressure, time critical environment, you will be experienced in managing high value accounts. Due to the nature of the role, you will need a positive outlook and the people skills to maintain and develop existing business. Knowledge of the telecoms industry would be desirable. A driving licence is essential as occasional travel will be required.
