Our client was established in 1989 as a specialist provider of bespoke fleet solutions, concentrating on the provision of innovative management services for mid to large corporate entities. They are now the largest independent leasing company in the UK.

 

They are currently seeking an Account Executive to join their Account Management department based at their Head Office in Leeds. The main purpose of this role is to deal with driver queries and associated administration tasks. Within this role your main responsibilities will include handling all incoming driver queries, contacting drivers where issues are raised, liaising with customer contacts; resolving queries within agreed service standards and ensuring systems and documentation are up to date at all times. You will also be expected to generate high quality management information, conduct face to face client reviews taking the lead in meetings and writing review packs and take responsibility for your individual performance against budgets and targets.

 

The successful candidate will have worked in a similar role previously and will have extensive experience of providing high levels of customer service to valued customers. You should have experience of working within an administrative role and you will have good IT skills along with experience of working to set targets. You will have an excellent telephone manner and a professional persona and you will understand the importance of being a good team player. Self-motivated and positive you will thrive whilst working under pressure and you will be reliable and punctual with strong organisational skills. It is essential that you have experience of dealing extensively with clients face to face, enabling you to be confident when leading client reviews. You should have some experience of dealing with complaints and it would be advantageous for you to have experience / knowledge of the fleet industry.
