What are we looking for?
To join us you will need to demonstrate a real desire to succeed in a commercial role. You must have strong commercial acumen and first class communication, problem solving and personal organisational skills. You will need to be self-motivated and results focused. You will ideally be able to demonstrate a good awareness of how the Grocery and Wholesale sectors operate, be a high calibre graduate with a minimum of 280 UCAS points (B,B,C) over three subjects at 'A' Level.
