£18,000 - £20,000

We currently have an excellent opportunity for a technically minded individual to provide general IT support at our offices in Otley.

The post holder will be responsible for providing 1st line system support and will be required to liaise closely with clients and colleagues on a daily basis.  As the primary contact for all of our technical issues, you will provide an efficient and professional service, ensuring that all faults are diagnosed quickly whilst offering a solution that benefits all.

This is an excellent opportunity for a graduate looking for career progression with their sights set on moving into a software development role.

Training will be provided, however candidates with .net knowledge through studies or work experience are encouraged to apply.  It is important that you have working knowledge of Microsoft Technologies, such as Windows XP and Office Suite, and a basic understanding networking and relational databases, such as Microsoft Access.  Excellent communication skills are also essential due to the amount of client contact involved.
