Career Opportunities
We are looking for talented and ambitious graduates to join our Graduate Management scheme. We want graduates who are passionate about food and agriculture, keen to get stuck in a fast paced environment who are not afraid to voice their opinions and drive change within our business.
Our programme will start in October and comprising aspects of people management, financial planning, engineering, projects around IT and forecasting, logistics and supply chain.
What we look for
We require our graduates to have a minimum 2:ii degree in either Business, Agriculture, Economics, Maths, Engineering or the Sciences.

We offer a competitive starting salary (£20k + benefits with a pay review every 6 months you are with the company) and training and support consummate with a leading international player in it’s field.
