We are also proud of our flagship brands of Ginsters of Cornwall and Dickinson & Morris, the only remaining manufacturer of the famous Melton Mowbray Pork Pie left in the town itself.
Who are we?
Samworth Brothers are one of the largest food manufacturing and distribution companies in the UK, employing over 6,500 people. We were established as a family run business over a century ago and despite our phenomenal growth we maintain our family values today. We are committed to growing our own talent within the business and have run a successful industrial placement scheme for several years.
Career Opportunities
Our industrial placement scheme is split into two six months placements to give you excellent exposure to the business and also give you the opportunity to do a real job and work on real projects.
The key focus will be around delivering in our production and technical functions, but may include commercial projects as well liaising with our customers and suppliers.
What we look for
2.2 Degree
Technical – Food or Science Based Degree
Production – Any degree background considered, particularly Business and Engineering backgrounds
