Sales and Marketing - needs people to meet the threat of market liberalisation and competitor activity head on. We need people ready for the challenge of helping us reach our radical and ambitious plans for the future
Training and Development
Operations offers a programme up to 2 years, with a series of in-depth development workshops aimed at Operational Leaders, and work placements to build practical experience of operational leadership.
HR offers a programme up to 2 years, and will include a series of development workshops aimed at building your HR capability.
Finance encourages you to study for professional qualifications and to build your skills through both formal study and on-the-job learning. Tailored development is available to build your Finance expertise
Sales and Marketing offer a 12 month structured programme, with both on-the-job experience in Operations and Sales and Marketing, and tailored development opportunities for your individual needs.
What we look for
Operations: 2:2 degree any discipline (although if Business Management or Logistics, even better!) / 260 UCAS. Previous work experience is essential for Operations - whether you are a job changer, have undertaken an industrial placement or have had considerable part-time work whilst at University
HR: 2:1 degree (ideally HR related degree) / 260 UCASFinance: 2:1 degree (ideally Finance related) / 260 UCAS points
Sales and Marketing: 2:1 degree any discipline (although if Marketing degree even better!) / 260 UCAS points
