If you’re highly numerate and good at thinking on your feet, then Global Banking & Markets – Trading could be the way to go. If, on the other hand, you excel at building relationships, the Business & Commercial Banking, Private Banking & Advice or Retail Leadership could be an option for you.
Naturally, you’ll bring your own personality to RBS – and that’s why it’s important to choose a programme that suits your strengths and ambitions. There may be options that you have not considered; others that you would have never consider; or one that you may have your heart set on.
That is not to say the programme choice you make will define your future at RBS; nothing could be further from the truth. But what each of these programmes will do is provide you with a starting point; a first step from which you can take your career in any number of directions. What we look for
Graduates will need a 2:1 or 2:2 depending on programme beyond that we are looking for first class communication skills, a willingness to learn, flexible approach and a genuine interest in the programme area.
