Moy Park Limited is one of Europe’s leading poultry companies servicing both retail and foodservice markets. As part of the Chicago based OSI group we employ more than 7,000 people in manufacturing sites spread across Northern Ireland, East of England, Northern France, Holland and Germany. Every Graduate Management Trainee is recruited with the intention they will become the leaders who will drive our business in the future. This year opportunities exist across our business in Technical Services (Quality Assurance, Laboratory, Product Specifications), New Product Development, Agriculture, Production, Engineering and IT. This is a dynamic industry and the opportunities for responsibility and challenges are immediate. Management Trainees will undergo a two year development program to fast track their growth to becoming the managers of the future.
Training and Development
Our Graduate Management Trainee program is a two year structured development scheme. An initial induction enables graduates to become familiarized with our organization and meet with other management trainees based within other departments and at other sites. During the first year trainees are seconded to other areas of the business to give them a more rounded picture of the organization and a fuller appreciation of the fast paced industry we operate in. To compliment on the job training, management trainees are supported in working towards a Certified Management qualification to increase their knowledge and facilitate the development of their own management style.
What we look for
A third level qualification i.e. degree or HND/HNC, in a relevant discipline.
