As a Recruitment Consultant for Monarch Recruitment you will manage the end to end recruitment cycle.
The role on offer is a 360 degree position whereby you would be involved in all elements of the recruitment process, duties include; business development, organizing and attending client visits, interviewing candidates, advertising, and account management.
Training and Development
Full training will be provided on the recruitment cycle and the industry sector you will be recruiting in.
This will consist of:
- 12 classroom based modules on the recruitment cycle
- Specialist training on your industry
- DVD sessions
- Brain storming sessions with other consultants
- Mentoring sessions with top billing consultants
- Desk side training.
We also offer full sponsorship for recruitment industry recognized qualifications.
What we look for
We are happy to speak to graduates from a variety of disciplines.
Your vocational background is not essential. We are looking for sales driven, motivated, and dynamic individuals who are looking to commence a financial rewarding and challenging career in the recruitment industry.
Sunny, a Hertfordshire University graduate started with Monarch Recruitment as a trainee in 2006. Sunny achieved all targets and in 2008 was given the opportunity to lead a team, and is currently in the process of launching our London premises.
Claire commenced her employment with Monarch in 2007, as a Birmingham University graduate with no prior recruitment experience. Claire has successfully achieved promotion targets and is now responsible for managing a team of recruiters in our Bristol operation.
