The Meltwater International Management Trainee Program has a track record of success developing managers across five continents and a multitude of cultures and language groups. The training methodology of Meltwater has a strong emphasis on sales in a team environment. In the first three to nine months as a trainee you will learn how to present Meltwater’s services to executives across all industries and to successfully negotiate long-term contracts. Sales is the most crucial aspect of any business and learning these skills is imperative for your career in management.
After having demonstrated successful results, business acumen and management potential, you will assume responsibility for a team. Meltwater’s ambition is to develop your leadership skills to enable you to run a business unit as a Managing Director after 12-24 months. Meltwater only promotes from within, and all Meltwater managers and executives have been developed through the trainee program. The accelerated promotion program offers an extremely ambitious career path with plenty of opportunity for personal and professional growth in an international environment.
