Training and Development

It’s no accident that our training’s second to none.  Reflecting the latest management thinking, our 20-week development programme helps people get to grips with every aspect of running a restaurant.  It starts with hands-on experience, continues through on-the-job mentoring from experienced managers, online learning and external training initiatives at our Management Training Centres.

What we look for

You need the ability to get the best out of a team and set the tone of a restaurant.  As the engine driving the business, you also need to combine energy and ideas with flexibility, commitment, an appetite for hard work and the ability to delegate.  Of course, you won’t get far without a decisive attitude coupled with the sensitivity to give people welfare as well as development advice.

What we offer

The starting salary is £18,500 to £21,500 depending on location, plus the full benefits package.
