We look for graduates and undergraduates to join our structured development schemes, whereby you will undertake a range of placements, attend training courses and be given a trained mentor to assist with your ongoing development.
Training and Development
Graduates attend training courses of both a technical nature to assist you to meet placement challenges, and courses in Presentation Skills, Influencing Skills, Project Management and a Career Development Workshop.
What we look for
Our two-year graduate programme and undergraduate programmes are designed for individuals who have completed or are working towards their degree, achieving ideally a 2:1 or higher in Engineering (electrical, electronic, mechanical, systems, aerospace, software, aeronautical), Maths, Physics, Computer Science or similar and who have a minimum 240 UCAS points.
What we offer
The starting salary for graduates is £25,000 with a £2000 joining bonus. The undergraduate salaries range from £14,500 to £16,500 dependent on current year of study. All graduates and undergraduates are eligible for all of the company benefits, including flexible working hours, paid overtime, sporting activities and a pension scheme.
