Who are we?

Based on the outskirts of Cambridge, Marshall Aerospace (MA) is one of Europe’s leading privately-owned aerospace companies. This year marks the Marshall Group of Companies centenary year, and it will be celebrating 100 years of excellence and ground-breaking achievements across the Group.

 

Career Opportunities

The general graduate training scheme has been developed to support the growth and sustainability of MA.  This scheme has been designed to fast track graduates to enable them to become our future business leaders.  By spending 21 months rotating within different departments, each graduate will obtain an in-depth knowledge and understanding of our diverse and complex business.  This will allow our graduates make effective contributions to our business strategy thus ensuring MA can deliver best in class support, service and solutions.

 

At the end of the rotation programme, graduates will have acquired a greater understanding of how the business operates and therefore be able to have an informed discussion about the prospects of effectively utilising the skills and knowledge developed during the scheme.  These opportunities are open to graduate from any discipline.

Training and Development

Learning and development will form part of the everyday experience, as well as attending specific workshops, which will include other graduates from across the business as part of our networking initiative.  At the end of the programme graduates will be expected to present to management how the knowledge attained will be utilised during their career with MA.
